Thanks for shopping at shraddhey.com. We hope every calendar, poster, frame, flash card, and pooja box that reaches you arrives just the way we intended — but if something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right.

Please read the policy below carefully before initiating a request.

Can I return or exchange a product?

Yes. You can request a return or exchange within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery, as long as the product meets our condition guidelines below.

To qualify, the item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition
  • In the original packaging with all tags, inserts, and seals intact
  • Free of any writing, folds, tears, lamination, stamps, or alterations (this applies especially to calendars, posters, and flash cards)
  • Free of damage to frames, boxes, or pooja-box components

If the product shows signs of use, handling, or alteration, we may not be able to accept the return.

Which items cannot be returned?

A few things, by their nature, can’t be returned or exchanged:

  • Customised or personalised products
  • Gift cards and vouchers
  • Sacred items once opened or used (puja samagri, consecrated items, etc.)
  • Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery

Important — when you receive your package

Please record an unboxing video the moment the package arrives, before opening or removing any item. This single step protects both of us:

  • If the parcel is damaged, tampered with, or the wrong item is inside, the video is our proof to file a claim.
  • Without an unboxing video, we won’t be able to honour damage or missing-item claims.

My product arrived damaged or wrong — what do I do?

Reach out within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product and the outer packaging
  • The unboxing video
  • A short note describing the issue

How do I start a return or exchange?

  1. Write to info@shraddhey.com or WhatsApp +91 92574 07338 within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason.
  2. Our team will review your request and confirm whether it qualifies — usually within 1–2 business days.
  3. Once approved, we’ll either arrange a reverse pickup or share a return address.
  4. After we receive the item and our quality team confirms it’s in saleable condition, we’ll process your refund, replacement, or store credit.

When will I get my refund?

  • Refunds to the original payment method: processed within 5–7 business days of approval.
  • Store credit: issued within 1–2 business days of approval.

Depending on your bank or card provider, the amount may take a few additional days to reflect in your account.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes — orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, it will need to follow the standard return process described above.
